Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish, half-English woman was born on the 16th of April 1997 in Miami Florida. She is the daughter of Dennis Alan Taylor, a former bank executive, as well as Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist, is Anya Taylor-Joy. The daughter is an Argentinean with Scottish, English and Argentinean descent. Her mother is Spanish and has English roots. Taylor-Joy's siblings are four of her father's ex-married partners. They lived in Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria part of London. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was very traumatic. She refused to learn English and believed she would be able to move back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the moved from Northlands. After that, she went to Queen's Gate School in London and took ballet classes and took part in plays. When she was 16 she dropped out of school in order to make a career of acting. Taylor-Joy always wished to work as an actor. As a teenager, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the chance to become a model.
